What is Ultrasonic?
Ultrasonic is the science of sound waves above the limits
of human audibility. Any frequency above audio range ( above
18 to 20 KHz) is called ultrasonic. Activated by an electronic
generator and transducers (vibrating ceramic elements sandwiched
between two metal blocks) set the cleaning liquid in motion
at high frequency from 20,000 cycles per sec to over 100,000khz.
This creates millions of small vacuum bubbles. Their implosion
with an intensity of up to 3,000 bars on surface of cleaning
objects “BRUSHES OFF” impurities. In short,
the advantage of ultrasonic cleaning over conventional cleaning
methods is wherever brush is not able to reach, ultrasonic
energy reaches along with cleaning media and does brushing
action.
