After the cleaning and rinsing in the aqueous cleaning
environment, parts are
place in Hot Air Dryer to dry, thus preventing dust and
particles that will again reattach back on the parts before
they are thoroughly dry. Completing the console system,
the dryer matches many of the cleaning and rinsing basket.
The AL-HEBL-1 provides drying of cleaned and rinsed items
with 300 CFM of filtered air, thermostatically controlled
to about 70 degrees C. To provide clean and efficient
drying, the AL-HEBL-1 utilizes Hepa filters to filter
the incoming air before going to the chambers.
