Overview |
| • |
This is color camera in progressive scanning (non-interlace
scanning) method and composed of camera head portion and controller portion. |
| • |
Image signal is outputted in digital RGB signal (each
8-bit) from controller portion. |
| • |
Only inputting of external trigger into camera allows
random reset and electronic shutter image can be obtained. |
| • |
Analogue image included color signal of R, G, and B
is outputted as white and black signal from camera head. And digital image signal
(EIA-644) of 10-bit is outputted from digital connector and supplied to camera
controller. |
| • |
Color complex signal is not outputted. |
Features |
| • |
Smear at high speed shuttering is reduced comparing
with conventional camera as new designed interline transferring CCD is adopted. |
| • |
Such changeover operation as setting of electronic
shutter speed and shutter mode (usually random), etc. can be controlled by back
panel of camera and personal computer through RS-232C. |
| • |
Color matrix adjustment and auto white balance set
are operated using controller panel. |
| • |
Stroboscope light emitting signal is equipped. |
| • |
Electronic shutter release timing at random shutter
is outputted as stroboscope light emitting trigger signal. (TTL level and active
L) |
Applications |

| • |
Used for color image processing and recognition device |
 |
| • |
Used for automobile recognition in ITS |

 |
Camera controller |
| • |
Controller portion is composed of image memory, matrix
(DSP), and color space converter and digital image signal from camera head are
once stored into image memory. |
| • |
At color matrix DSP portion, color signal reproducing
is executed and white balance and gamma compensation, etc. are processed in real
time, and YUV 4:2:2 signal are outputted in R, G, and B (each 8-bit) format. |
| • |
At color space converter portion, YUV 4:2:2 signal
are converted into R, G, and B (each 8-bit) and outputted in EIA-644: LVDS level. |
Connecting cable |
| |
Use following model cable to connect camera head and
controller portion. |
| |
• Digital image signal DG36 - ℜℜD
• Head
drive power 12W - ℜℜ |
| |
(ℜℜ indicates numeral value required cable length in
meter.)
Maximum cable length is 20meter. |
