Overview

This dimension measurer (OPTOCIZER) can measure length and width of various substances without direct contact by connecting licenser.
Measuring result is accurate and measuring result is digitally outputted in BCD or binary because measuring is implemented by digital method.
Different output (standard deviation) for center value sheet of set sheet width other than sheet width dimension value are executed.

Features

Setting of upper and lower limit, setting of center value, and input of operation check function is interactively implemented using numerical keypad switch.
Measuring range can be changed freely.
Light resource dust cancel can be executed.
Failure diagnoses function is provided.

Contents of operation

Measuring example of sheet width
All width of on line sheet is measured by optically and width dimension is outputted.
Misaligned width (deviation value) against center value of previously set sheet width is outputted.
Error value signal is issued when other than specified width are measured concerning upper and lower limit value.
Sheet width value and deviation value are issued both analogue and digital output.
Synchronizing signal to determine starting and termination of measurement can be executed only inputting of contact signal such as relay.
Measured dimension value and deviation value are outputted through connector for external numeral display.
Setting and output value, etc. mentioned above can be connected to RS-232C and computer. (Optional)
Measure value and setting value are displayed on liquid crystal panel.

Setting of digital number is set either 1 or 2 digits after the decimal point. Setting range mentioned above upper is set to 2 digits and lower is set to 1 digit.
